I was really disappointed with my stay overall, they comp me only $20 in food but I thought they could've done better than that but that's all they would offer me so I probably will not be coming back.

I went to blue Chip Casino for a one night getaway last Tuesday night and long story short, I had to change rooms a total of four times! Between my Solara suite that was dirty, my king room was nice but the shower did not drain and ended up almost flooding the bathroom in the second room, the third room was extremely noisy was absolutely horrible from the water pipes so I ended up moving to a fourth room which was Soso. I can't forget to mention the incredibly rude staff in the hotel.… Disgustingly dirty, overpriced underwhelming 'resort'. We will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone. There was really no where to eat breakfast at the 'resort', still not sure what the 'resort' fees covered since the pool and spa weren't even open. The steakhouse is a joke, it wants to be nice but the food is subpar and has a very lacking wine list, and the old fashioned they made was pink. Out of luck we were forced to go to the next room. While we waited in the dirty room for someone to bring us a key to a new room (of course after the cleaning staff had to come inspect and be sure what we were saying was true) we searched for another place to stay. We had to be moved to a different room because the one we were put in was never cleaned, had pizza on the floor and furntiure, hair all over the bathroom, and brown stained sheets. By far the most expensive place in the area we thought we could expect it to be nice. We were there for a wedding in the area and this was the recommended accommodation. Stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and would never recommend this nightmare to anyone.
